Hi there blog readers & visitors!

This is just a quick post to check in.  Dan & I returned from Colorado late Monday night.  I have SO much to share with you, but I am recovering from the worst bout of food poisoning I have ever had.  It started on Saturday night, and today I almost feel normal.  I plan on updating tomorrow or Friday with recaps of our time in Denver & Boulder!  Here is a short preview to keep you satiated…
